Leticia is trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Cupping therapy. She also has training in reiki and energy work, which she hopes to continue with and specialize in in the future. She is also the only trained Lypossage therapist in this area. Leticia is a wonderful massage therapist, eager to care for and help her clients and accepting of all individuals.

Emily Froisland, LMT
Emily combines massage and energy work in a unique and relaxing way. Her style focuses on therapeutic Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial release. Emily has a passion for the power of essential oils and is skilled in using them in her sessions to enhance her client’s experience. Through her use of Aromatouch and Flowology modalities, she is able to facilitate growth and healing in the body. With a life-long love of massage and energy healing. Abby Clay, LMT
Abby graduated with a degree in massage therapy from Idaho State University. She since has had many opportunities to expand on her skills working at high end spas to medical practices. Her approach to bodywork emphasizes relaxation while delivering focused work on pain and tension. She loves exploring new avenues of massage and desires to facilitate healing for her clients.

Elyse Arak, CBGT
Elyse is a Certified Body/Face GoldZone Therapist with comprehensive training of the signal system in the feet and its connection to every cell in the body, essential oils, the functions of each organ, how our bodies are meant to function in Harmony, and what to do to help it when it’s not. Her goal is to help each of her clients to calibrate the energy in the body to be in a state of harmony where the body can work to heal itself.
May Dickerson, LMT
May graduated from the Milan Institute in Nampa with a degree in Massage Therapy and Bodywork five years ago. Since then, she has worked at Emerald Wellness and Bodywork and Indian Creek Therapeutics. She is excited for this new experience and looks forward to building Aozora Wellness into a place of healing and relaxation.
